1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a returns label.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned or if the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and indicate your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised items, mattresses that have been unsealed, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
